and to celebrate the shop opening I am having giveaway here on the blog.
You can win this funky new tote
and the winner will be picked at random a week from now on Sunday 22 May. All you have to do is go to my Etsy shop and have a browse and then leave me a comment telling me what you like best.
I would also welcome any advice on selling quilts and other items on Etsy. I am new to this and could use your help.
Oh, and if you are new to my blog and become a follower you get an extra chance in the giveaway. Just leave me another comment and tell me you're now a follower.
I am so excited I think I need to sew something to calm me down.
Love, Nadine

Congrats!!! I love Candy & Salsa and am glad that the title points out that it's 100% hand work. Only concern is that the thumbnail version says "entirely h". Changing entirely to 100% should give enough characters for "100% handma" or if you also changed "and" to "&" or "+" would give 2 more spaces for "CANDY + SALSA 100% handmade"
ReplyDeleteThose baskets are a genius idea!, they look pretty as well as being practical and can be used for any number of things. Lovely, just lovely!
ReplyDeleteI love the reversible baskets and that coloured pencil roll calls to me too. Good Luck with your new venture.
ReplyDeleteThe coloured pencil roll could be a wonderful gift for my nieces in Canada, but it'll have to wait till next month: at the end of my money, I always have a bit of month left (we can still eat, don't worry)
ReplyDeleteYour Etsy shop looks great!
I love your reversable quilts and the prices are not outrageous, but reasonable. In fact I wonder if you make any profit at all?
That's up to you and I can't calculate at all.
That Candy + Salsa = beautiful, gorgeous, adorable, great!!
I love your Spring in the Garden quilt but I would have liked to have seen the 1st quilt (candy and salsa??) displyed in the same way as the others
ReplyDeleteYay! Congrats on getting your etsy shop up and going! Looks like a great variety!
ReplyDeleteSuzanne added this comment somewhere else on the blog: I think this is my favorite, although I'm also inclined towards the placemats.
ReplyDeleteUlli added this comment somewhere else on the blog as well: Ausgesprochen schoen und edel! The quilts make me want to go and snuggle up with a good book. I think you are an extremely talented lady! Keep up the outstanding designs and colour schemes! Lurve 'em! Ulli xx
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your new venture. I love the colours in the Candy and Salsa quilt. Good luck with it all.

i like all of it the reversable baskets are fab
ReplyDeleteI'm giving it another go! I'm a follower and congratulations on your new venture.
ReplyDeleteYour etsy shop is brilliant, you have been working very hard and produced such gorgeous things. I love the reversible table mats but what really caught my eye was the Sand and Sea quilt. I made a quilt for my beloved in a very similar colour combination (mine was from a jellyroll). I call it Fireside, not for the colours but because that's where it is kept and used. Glad I got my comments on your blog at last, don't know what the problem was. Thanks for the chance of a gorgeous giveaway.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your new venture.
ReplyDeleteWishing you lots of luck.
You have some lovely things for sale. My favourite is the stacked coins quilt fruit on the Beach. It is fabulous and made all by hand too - wow!
